I'm Dermot Corbett, the person behind EasyFlow AI. I'm process-minded, based in North Vancouver, and I love what AI can do for everyday work when it is introduced gently.
For years I've watched smart, capable people spend more time on admin than they were ever hired for, while the work they wanted to do squeezed in around everything else. EasyFlow AI is my way of fixing that, one small tool at a time.
When you work with me, you work with me directly. No hand-offs, no junior team, no sales pitch. I sit with your people, show them what is possible, and build something useful together. Then I make sure they can run with it.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. I explain everything in plain English and train your team as we go.
Do you work in person?
Yes, in North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver. I also work remotely with businesses across Canada.
What about our data and privacy?
You decide what AI tools can see. I set things up so sensitive information stays under your control, and nothing is sent without your review.
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits your business. Often that means tools you already pay for, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus well-known AI assistants.
What happens after the free assessment?
If you want to go further, the AI Assessment gives you 3 to 7 AI tool recommendations, a written summary and a 45-minute walkthrough. It is priced by company size: $999 for 1 to 20 staff, $1,950 for 21 to 75 staff, and from $3,950 for 76+ staff. After that, you can continue with a 1:1 AI Partnership for owners and leaders, or a Team Training Partnership for your staff. The 1:1 AI Partnership starts at $1,250 a month and the Team Training Partnership at $2,495 a month. Both have a 3-month minimum.
Do you offer AI training for staff?
Yes. Team Training runs from a 90-minute Lunch and Learn ($950) to a 4-Week Team Program ($4,950), for up to 15 people, in person or remote. For ongoing learning, the Team Training Partnership gives you 2 hours of training a month: $2,495 a month for up to 15 people, or $4,995 a month for 16 to 75 people, with a 3-month minimum.
Can you just build one thing for us?
Yes. A Workflow Build is a fixed-price project from $3,500, scoped before we start. For small jobs, I also work ad hoc at $175 an hour.
Do you provide training for the tools you build?
Yes. A Tool Training Pack, from $495 per tool, gives your team a 2 to 4 minute walkthrough video (scripted, voiced and captioned), a one-page quick-start guide and a step-by-step how-to doc to keep. On the 1:1 AI Partnership, Partner and Embedded plans include training materials for anything built that month.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD, plus GST.
